You can return your goods free of charge to the UK, just send us an email ([email protected]) and we’ll be happy to help. Outside of the UK we are unable to offer free returns but can help arrange a collection if you need.

You must book a return within 5 days of receiving your goods.

We recommend you thoroughly check your items upon receiving, and before disposing of any tags or packaging.

Good must be returned to us in a saleable condition, without being worn, washed, damaged or used and with tags still on.

If you would like to exchange an item, just get in touch with us, and we’ll be happy to send out the new item upon receiving the original.

Please note that we cannot collect an item from a country other than the one it was originally delivered to.

We recommend you return your item in it’s original packaging to ensure safe return.

When using our free collections service, your order will be refunded excluding the original postage fee.
