How can I make a purchase on the site?

When clicking the Add to bag button on a product page you will have the option to make an account with us or continue as a guest. We recommend you check our T&C’s before you start shopping.

How can I pay?

We use Paypal and Stripe who in turn accept all major credit cards.

How do I know if the garment will fit me?

Check out our size conversion chart for help on which fit will be best for you. Alternatively you can contact our sales team for help or recommendations any time (info@charlie-may.co.uk).

How do I know when an item is in stock? 

All the items shown on the site are in stock. If there is one left of any size, this will show up beside the size or order button. Please note that putting an item in your basket does not reserve it for you and can still be bought at any time.

What do you do with my personal information?

Your personal information is only ever used by us and is kept private and confidential; for more information please refer to our privacy policy.

How do I know when an order has been received?

You will receive a confirmation email from us in your inbox and when payment has been received, we will ship your item to you.

When will I be charged?

Payment is taken immediately using Stripe or Paypal. If there is any cancellation before processing your order, we will refund you using your original payment method.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is calculated on the size and weight of the box, as well as where it is being shipped to. You can see our rates by referring to our Delivery page.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Due to courier restrictions on tracking and signing for an order, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return an item free of charge. We are in the process of setting up a free collection service, so if you just send us an email (info@charlie-may.co.uk), we will arrange a return for you.
